The problem of organizing scientifically based usage of natural resources of lake-mire complexes (LMC) was under investigation. It is shown on the example of the Bulev Mokh-Chervonoe LMC that due to intensive anthropic influence destabilization of biospheric processes takes place on large territories. Methods of ecological rehabilitation oriented to the restoration of both biospheric and economic functions of the LMC territories are suggested.
